The Opportunity

This role focuses on long-term business strategy and corporate-level initiatives, including merger and acquisition activities, financial and investment analysis, board reporting, KPI management and strategic project execution. You will provide structured insights and analysis to support the organisation’s investment, portfolio and business planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support long-term corporate strategy, business planning and senior management decision-making.

• Prepare and consolidate board papers, long-term cash flow projections, town hall materials and other CEO Office deliverables.

• Build financial models and conduct investment analysis for corporate- and asset-level transactions.

• Coordinate end-to-end M&A activities, including identifying potential targets, conducting evaluations and maintaining investment documentation.

• Analyse asset and business performance to support management’s investment decisions.

• Coordinate and review periodic KPI reporting across departments, Group companies and subsidiaries.

• Improve management dashboards, reporting accuracy and analytical methodologies.

• Manage business continuity programmes, process improvements and other corporate-level projects.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and provide analytical support to business units and subsidiaries across the Group.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline from a recognised university.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy or business planning, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, FP&A, valuations, or financial due diligence.

• Strong financial modelling capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure, validate and interpret complex information.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing board or senior management presentations.

• Confident in working with senior leadership and stakeholders across multiple business units and geographical locations.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities and deadlines.

• Meticulous, commercially minded and comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment.
