Responsibilities

  • Overall management of the site
  • Responsible for leading and managing the operations function to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Hire, train, develop, and coach the Production team
  • Ensure operational continuous process improvement
  • Manage capital and operating expenditure and drive performance against budget·
  • Provide leadership and guidance and works closely with the senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of experience in Chemical Plant
  • Experience in Batch Processing Plant
  • Strong leadership
