Oversee day-to-day club operations, including staff performance and overall operational efficiency.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the premises.
Manage, supervise, and motivate operational staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Recruit, train, and manage operational staff.
Plan and develop menus, promotional items, and related offerings.
Work closely with the Marketing team to promote the club and develop monthly promotions, events, and activities.
Build and maintain positive and cordial relationships with patrons.
Ensure operational standards and service quality are consistently maintained.
Be prepared to work night shifts daily, as well as weekends and eves of public holidays.
