Procurement Coordinator

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM

Salary: up to $3,000/month

Contract: 1 year - renewable/convertible based on performance & business needs

Responsibilities

• Manage and process a high volume of procurement and purchasing requests.

• Review documents for completeness and maintain accurate records.

• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and supporting information.

• Compare quotations and support purchasing activities in accordance with established procedures.

• Prepare and facilitate the issuance of purchase orders through internal systems.

• Respond to enquiries and provide guidance on procurement-related processes.

• Maintain organised procurement records and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are processed promptly.

• Support operational projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in administration, operations support, coordination, customer service, procurement support or a related function would be advantageous.

• Candidates without prior procurement experience but with relevant transferable skills are welcome to apply.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

• Able to manage a high volume of information and competing priorities.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
