We are hiring Contract Senior Facilities Technical Officer to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations.

* Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) work as assigned by the supervisor.

* Troubleshoot electrical faults, reinstate power supply and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.

* Troubleshoot air-conditioning faults, restore air-conditioning systems to normal operation and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.

* Carry out general building and equipment maintenance, including repair of burst water pipes, mechanical works, medical gas systems and other related facilities equipment.

* Maintain accurate, complete and timely documentation for all maintenance activities.

* Support contractor and vendor management.

* Assist with monitoring, reporting and coordination duties.

Minimum NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Facilities Management.

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Working hours are subject to duty roster.

Able to commit to contract duration: 1 year.
