We are hiring Contract-to-Perm Patient Service Officer to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations.

* Manage patient appointments, including coordination of laboratory and diagnostic services.

* Attend to phone, online and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and care.

* Perform patient registration and ensure accurate records management.

* Handle billing, payments and third-party claims accurately.

* Prepare and manage corporate billing and monthly invoicing.

* Identify and escalate urgent medical cases promptly to clinical staff.

* Address patient feedback and support service recovery efforts.

* Ensure compliance with PDPA, internal policies and audit requirements.

* Provide administrative support, including reporting, filing and inventory coordination.

Minimum NOA level

1–2 years of working experience.

Prior healthcare or hospitality experience would be advantageous

Able to commit to a 5-day work week, including weekends.

Able to commit to 42 hours per week.

Able to work 3 rotating shifts based on roster (Am Shift – 7am - 4pm

Pm Shift - 12.30pm - 9.30pm

Over Night- 9pm - 7.30am)

Able to commit to contract duration: 3 months, with possibility of conversion to permanent.
