Customer Engagement, Outreach Assistant ( 1 year contract)

Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to support public engagement activities and assist members of the public with enquiries and registration-related matters.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Weekends: Weekend events have been occurring more frequently in recent months, so candidates should be comfortable with occasional weekend commitments.
• Public Holidays: No deployment required.

Salary & Employment

• Hourly rate: $12/hour
• Employment will be renewable depending on business needs.

Workplace Location: Various healthcare locations in the West / West-Central region of Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with members of the public at designated locations and events.
• Assist with registration and provide guidance on relevant services and programmes.
• Answer enquiries and provide clear information to members of the public.
• Initiate conversations and actively approach members of the public.
• Support community outreach activities and events when required.
• Perform basic administrative duties
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth event operations.

Requirements

• Comfortable standing and engaging with members of the public for extended periods.
• Pleasant, approachable and professional demeanour.
• Proactive in initiating conversations with members of the public.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using mobile applications and basic computer systems.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Candidates should be comfortable with occasional weekend commitments.
