Build partnerships with local hotels, event organizers, and delivery platforms.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, and VIP guest experiences with the marketing team.
Represent the restaurant at local networking events and food expos. [1, 2, 3]

Work with the head chef and restaurant managers to ensure smooth execution of large events and catering orders.
Share customer feedback and market trends with internal teams to improve menu offerings and service standards
