Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for front-of-house and back-of-house positions (from crew members to restaurant managers).

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, local communities, and culinary schools.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process with Restaurant General Managers.

Build a strong talent pipeline to meet the staffing needs of existing stores and upcoming new openings.

Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, turnover rate, cost-per-hire) to optimize hiring efficiency.
