Head Florist / Pop-Up Lead

Hougang | 4-Month Contract | 4 Days/Week - 3 week days 1 weekend | 1:30pm–7:00pm

We are launching a 4-month florist pop-up in Hougang (promotional for a healthcare clinic chain) and are looking for an experienced florist to take the lead.

You will have full autonomy over the creative direction of the shop, including floral style, product range, sourcing, displays and overall concept (300-400sqft space)

You will:

• Create bouquets and floral arrangements
• Choose flowers, packaging and suppliers
• Manage stock, purchasing and wastage
• Set up and maintain the shop display
• Handle customer orders
• Help with promotions and workshops

We have to work on for the first 2 months: simple renovations, marketing and inventory. The next two months needs to be self sustaining.

Requirements

• Prior professional florist experience is required (Need to be able to handle ordering)
• Strong floral design skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Organised, creative and commercially minded

If the pop-up performs well, there may also be an opportunity to take equity and help open a permanent florist shop under the same brand.

Salary: 2,400 base pay with % incentive of the profits.
