· Manage the daily operations of Peak 360 Gym.

· Oversee front desk, membership administration and customer service.

· Develop membership packages and renewal strategies.

· Monitor membership numbers, cancellations and retention.

· Manage gym opening and closing procedures.

· Coordinate equipment maintenance and servicing.

· Implement health, safety and operational procedures.

· Manage suppliers and service providers.

· Develop customer experience standards.

· Train and supervise operational staff.

· Prepare monthly operational reports.

· Monitor operating costs and revenue.

· Coordinate gym events and member activities.

· The Employee is required to conduct a minimum of 150 sessions per monthas a key performance indicator (KPI).
