Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveying Manager — Permanent

Location: Central Region

We are looking for an experienced lead to manage project costs and tenders. Join a professional team in Lavender and take charge of high-value construction developments.

• Lead project cost estimation and manage building tenders effectively.

• Oversee construction contracts and ensure all pricing is accurate.

• Guide and mentor a team of junior surveyors daily.

• Must have a degree and over ten years of surveying experience.

• Previous leadership experience is essential for this role.

• Experience with residential and institutional building projects is preferred.

• Professional certification in quantity surveying is a plus.

• Based at a central office location near Lavender.
