This is permanent hiring on big system integration company role.

Work location is Changi Business Park.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8+ years of IT industry experience.
Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology or infrastructure transformation programs.
Proven experience managing large-scale monitoring, observability, infrastructure, cloud, or IT operations projects.
Experience managing projects involving Dynatrace, ServiceNow, observability platforms, or enterprise monitoring solutions.
Strong understanding of IT Operations, IT Service Management (ITSM), Incident Management, Event Management, and Service Reliability concepts.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple regions.
Strong risk management, governance, budgeting, resource planning, and executive communication skills.
Experience working within regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
