We are looking for Freelance Recruitment Consultants to join our growing recruitment team on a flexible, commission-based basis.

No Business Development required.
No client acquisition or client handling required.
Focus on sourcing, screening and matching suitable candidates to available positions.
Manage the recruitment process from candidate identification through to placement and closure.
Work on roles across various industries and levels.
Flexible working hours with the freedom to manage your own schedule.

Track 2 – Recruitment + Own Client

Bring in and manage your own clients.
Handle the client relationship and hiring requirements directly.
Source and manage candidates through to successful placement.
Own your client, own your closure, own your earnings.
Consultants who manage their own clients can enjoy 70% profit sharing from successful placements.
Greater earning potential for consultants who are comfortable managing both clients and candidates.
Flexible working hours with the freedom to manage your own schedule.
