Job Duties
- Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take dine‑in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Provide correct change and follow cash‑handling procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints or escalate to management.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math and cash‑handling accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems
