Luxury Retail Customer Service Supervisor | Up to $8k Basic

Ready to bring your premium service experience into the luxury retail industry? We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor with strong leadership, exceptional service standards, and outstanding professional presence.

Location: MBS

Basic Salary: Up to $8,000

Total Package: Attractive allowances + Commission + Performance

Working Hours: Retail hours / rostered schedule

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience in a luxury retail environment
Supervise and support the customer service team in maintaining high service standards
Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally and tactfully
Manage complex service situations and provide effective service recovery
Lead by example in professional grooming, communication, and customer engagement
Coach and guide team members to continuously improve service quality
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

What We're Looking For

Around 8–10 years of relevant customer service, premium hospitality or cabin crew experience
Prior team-leading, supervisory or senior service experience preferred
Strong experience in complaint management and service recovery
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills
Professional presentation with strong service etiquette
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support a customer-facing team
Candidates will be assessed based on relevant experience, skills and suitability for the role
