Landscape Designer — Full time

Our client is seeking a professional Landscape Designer to manage landscape projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Attend site briefings and client meetings to define project requirements.
  • Develop landscape designs and select appropriate planting palettes.
  • Prepare and present professional project proposals to clients.
  • Conduct site measurements and manage necessary design amendments.
  • Create cost estimates, Bill of Quantities, and tender quotes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, operations personnel, and project stakeholders.
  • Produce technical drawings and As-Built documentation.
  • Draft maintenance reports and attend relevant follow-up meetings.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the landscape industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design work.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, proactive working attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong plant knowledge is considered a significant advantage.
