Contract type: Full time

Perform quality inspections and testing for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
Ensure products meet required quality specifications and customer requirements.
Monitor production processes and identify quality issues or potential defects.
Investigate product defects and non-conformities and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Work closely with the Production and Engineering teams to resolve day-to-day quality issues.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and other QA documentation.
Support customer complaint investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
Assist with internal and external quality audits.
Monitor quality trends and prepare basic quality reports for management review.
Support continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and improve production quality.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Minimum Diploma in any Engineering discipline, Manufacturing or Quality Management.
At least 1 year experience in QA / QC.
Basic knowledge or quality inspection, root cause analysis, CAPA and problem-solving techniques.
Familiar with ISO 9001 or quality management system is an added advantage.
Understand technical specifications and quality standards.
