  • Guide them on using the app & navigating the microsite
  • Help customers with Q-matic system & issuing Q tickets
  • Support SIM & router exchanges + eSIM activations
  • Assist with prepaid top-ups & general inquiries

Working days & hours: 5 days in a week (Fixed Thurs and Fri Off), 12-9pm (1 hour break)
