Job Responsibilities

  • Handle appointments, payments and general front desk duties
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries via phone
  • Assist therapists during consultations
  • Update and maintain customer records in the system
  • Support company activities and daily clinic operations

Requirements

  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends
  • Willing to work at different clinic locations
  • Relevant clinic, front desk or customer service experience is an advantage
