Teacher's Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and organised Teacher Assistant to provide administrative, classroom and student support in a primary school environment.

Job Description

• Maintaining and updating of data records including stocktaking of teachers’ resources and inventory.

• Preparation of teaching resources to be used in classrooms.

• Assisting Heads of Department with relief duties matters as and when required.

• Assisting as a safety chaperon e.g. during daily arrival and dismissal of students, chaperon to students going on external Learning Journeys, supervise students during recess play etc.

• Providing administrative support during school events e.g. usher for Parent-Teacher meetings, man registration counter for school concerts etc.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Teacher Assistant / Teacher Aide in a primary school is preferred.

• Sec 4 education or equivalent is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Contract Period: 4 Jan 2027 to 30 Nov 2027

• Working Hours: Mon – Thu (6.45AM – 4PM), Fri – (6.45AM – 4PM) (inclusive of 45min lunch break). School Holiday Working Hours: Mon – Fri (7AM-11AM)
