Job Responsibilities
- Operate, inspect and maintain building M&E systems and equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Maintain ACMV/HVAC, pumps, motors and ventilation systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems, lighting and power equipment.
- Attend to equipment breakdowns and rectify minor faults.
- Monitor equipment conditions and record maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and assist external contractors for M&E works.
- Comply with all safety, WSH and site procedures.
