职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 主厨 / Head of Bakery Production

负责烘焙生产、品质、食品安全及团队培训。 / Lead bakery production, quality, food safety and team training.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 制定排产、人力和出品标准 / Set production plans, manpower and product standards

• 管理配方、克重、温度、品质和损耗 / Control recipes, weights, temperature, quality and wastage

• 带领各生产主管和员工 / Lead section supervisors and production crew

• 建立食品安全、清洁和追踪记录 / Maintain food safety, cleaning and traceability records

• 负责开业试产和员工培训 / Lead opening trials and staff training

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 至少5年烘焙生产经验，其中至少2年带队经验。 / At least 5 years in bakery production, including at least 2 years leading a team.

• 学历 / Education: Professional Qualification / 专业资格

• 语言 / Language: 中文或英文至少一门可用于工作沟通；中英双语者优先。 / Mandarin or English required for work communication; bilingual candidates preferred.

• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能配合早班、试产和开业培训。 / Able to support early shifts, production trials and opening training.

• 核心技能 / Key Skills: 烘焙生产、配方、排产、品质、食品安全、成本、培训 / Bakery production, recipes, planning, quality, food safety, cost, training

工作时间 / Work Schedule

每周工作6天，每天9小时，根据排班安排。 / 6 working days per week, 9 hours per day, based on the roster.
