Who We Are

HR Circle is where the most senior HR people in Asia-Pacific come to actually talk. Directors, VPs, CHROs. No bullshit. No vendor pitches. Just right people in a room. We run invite-only, curated events. Small rooms. Real talk. Right people.

The Role (In Honest Terms)

You're the voice of the community. You're not just scheduling Zoom calls—you're building culture, moderating the banter, making sure every member feels welcomed and every event hits. You're the person who remembers everyone's name, knows who needs to meet who, and gets the vibe right.

Day-to-Day

• Member lifecycle ops: onboarding, WhatsApp moderating (yes, you're basically the community's Slack admin), status tracking in HubSpot
• Event execution: attendee wrangling via Luma, sponsor coordination, name tags, seating, photography, post-event momentum
• Event Planning: Planning all community events; Fun things like wine sessions, padel gams, and many more
• Sponsor love: keeping partners updated, managing expectations, gathering intel for post-mortems
• Feedback loops: capturing what members are saying and surfacing the good stuff to leadership

Who We're Looking For

• You love people. You love events. You remember conversations. You're the type who makes everyone feel seen.
• You have strong content instincts—you know what lands on social, what feels forced, what feels premium
• You're opinionated but warm—you'll tell us if something's off, but you do it with charm
• You love building things (communities, vibes, systems)
• Bonus: you've got social media experience or run a community somewhere
• Bonus bonus: you're in Singapore (preferred, but remote options considered)

The Real Talk

This isn't corporate, nothing deskbound here. Our members are CEOs, VPs, CHROs—people with real influence and real opinions. You'll get to know them. You'll moderate serious conversation. You'll also get to crack jokes in the WhatsApp group. It's a mix.

The events are small—15–30 people max—which means everything matters. The seating. The welcome. The follow-up. You'll be the person making sure it's all chef's kiss.
