Product Designer (Contract)

Role Overview

We are looking for an imaginative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our new camera-related merchandise and physical products. From conceptualizing functional camera accessories to designing lifestyle apparel and novelty items for photography lovers, you will own the product development cycle from initial research to final production.

Key Responsibilities

• Market & Trend Research: Conduct user and market research to identify emerging trends within the photography and digital camera community.

• Concept & Ideation: Brainstorm and pitch new product ideas that align with The Digicam Depository’s brand identity and customer needs.

• Product Design: Create detailed sketches, 2D renderings, and 3D models for a variety of camera-related merchandise.

• Vendor Collaboration: Create comprehensive tech packs and liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure products are produced to our quality standards and timeline.
