Roles & Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via messages andsocial media platforms linked to our aesthetic clinic outlets.
Manage e-commerce interactions by assistingcustomers who purchase skincare products online, including packing and droppingoff parcels.
Maintain accurate inventory records, includingentering package and sales details.
Handle order processing, including verifying orders, packing, and arranging delivery to ensure timely fulfilment.
Assist with stock checks and report low stock or issues; coordinate with the warehouse when needed.
Assist with minor video shooting tasks as required by the marketing team.

Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers will be an advantage
Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented
Detail-oriented and organised
Comfortable using social media and e-commerce platforms
Willing to assist with light creative tasks such as video shooting
