In this role, you will partner with leaders, HR Business Partners and stakeholders across AIC to turn employee feedback and workforce insights into initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, wellbeing, organisational pride and the Employee Value Proposition.
Employee Listening and Insights
- Lead organisation-wide Employee Engagement Surveys, Employee Pulse Surveys and follow-up initiatives.
- Analyse employee feedback and workforce data to identify trends, develop recommendations and support evidence-based decisions.
Engagement, Culture and Wellbeing
Design and deliver initiatives, activities and events that strengthen wellbeing, appreciation, belonging and organisational pride.
Manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community partnerships that provide meaningful opportunities for employees to contribute.
Manage employer award and recognition submissions that showcase AIC’s employment practices, culture and employee initiatives.
Internal Communications
Drive internal communications for employee initiatives, including communication plans, electronic direct mailers, internal announcements and other employee-facing content.
Plan and organise town halls and other employee engagement sessions, including programme flow, content and event coordination.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource, Organisational Development, Business, Communications or a related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, employee experience, organisation development, culture-building or related fields.
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate employee feedback and workforce insights into actionable recommendations and meaningful outcomes.
Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating organisation-wide initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, wellbeing, culture and employee experience.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
Strong planning, project management and execution skills, able to manage multiple priorities concurrently and deliver impactful organisation-wide programmes and events.
