Sales / Business Development Executive

930am - 630pm (Monday to Friday)

Basic up to $5000 + Commission

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable fragrance solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
• Manage customer accounts and coordinate projects from enquiry to commercialization.
• Liaise with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Provide timely customer support and ensure excellent service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Achieve individual sales and business development targets.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within a B2B non-perishable FMCG environment.
• Experience in the fragrance, flavours, ingredients, chemicals, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Customer-oriented with good commercial awareness.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
• Possess with Class 3 Driving License
