Staff Nurse

Responsible for providing direct nursing care to an assigned group of elderly residents.

• Implement nursing interventions as outlined in the nursing care plan for each resident.
• Evaluate the resident’s response to care interventions and recommend revision of care plan as necessary.
• Assist in Doctor’s rounds and in the treatment and examination of residents.
• Administer medications and update in-patient medical records. Provide clinical guidance to junior nursing staff.
• Perform other administrative services in the respective Ward.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
• Valid Practising Certificate from SNB.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills and possess effective managerial qualities.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to perform shift duty.
