Maintenance Planning Executive - Facilities/Manufacturing (1 Year Contract) - VTAL

Our client is Transportation Industry. They are looking for a Maintenance Planning Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West with company transportation provided

Company Transport Provided: Bukit Batok | Commonwealth | Buona Vista | Clementi | Bukit Panjang | Jurong West | Boon Lay | Woodlands | Yishun | Choa Chu Kang

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for plant operations, maintenance activities, purchasing, and service arrangements.
• Assist in planning and monitoring scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring work orders and follow-ups are properly tracked.
• Monitor operational expenditure and maintain monthly records to support budget control and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers on quotations, work schedules, service requirements, and completion status.
• Source and compare quotations from approved suppliers and assist with procurement activities based on operational requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, service completion, documentation, and outstanding issues.
• Verify supporting documents such as delivery orders, service reports, invoices, and completion records for processing.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payment-related activities through internal procurement systems.
• Work closely with Procurement and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure transactions are processed accurately.
• Maintain records of maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables, including receiving and issuing of items.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, facilities, maintenance, engineering support, procurement, or a similar environment.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, inventory, or maintenance management systems will be an advantage.
