Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding

• Build talent pipelines for various roles, including engineers, project managers, and site workers

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as senior recruitment role, preferably in construction or related industries

Strong understanding of construction industry roles and workforce needs

Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices
