Experienced Sales Consultant (Maid Agency | CEI Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Consultant who can manage customer relationships, follow up consistently and close placements independently.

This is an individual sales position for someone who wants to build strong personal results within an established agency.

Job Summary

As an Experienced Sales Consultant, you will take ownership of customer enquiries from initial consultation through helper selection and successful placement.

You will receive support from the company’s administration and operations teams, but you must be able to manage your customers, follow-ups, sales pipeline and monthly targets independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone calls, online platforms, referrals and walk-ins
• Assess each employer’s requirements accurately and recommend suitable domestic helpers
• Conduct and coordinate interviews between employers and helpers
• Explain placement procedures, package details and relevant requirements clearly
• Manage customer expectations professionally and avoid making promises that cannot be fulfilled
• Maintain active and disciplined follow-up with prospective customers
• Handle objections confidently and convert suitable opportunities into completed placements
• Develop repeat business and referrals through strong customer relationships
• Generate additional sales opportunities through personal networks, referrals and company marketing activities
• Take ownership of individual monthly sales and placement targets
• Coordinate closely with administration and operations teams to support smooth processing, deployment and handover
• Provide appropriate after-sales support and manage customer concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate and updated customer, follow-up and placement records
• Contribute positively to branch and company sales goals

Who We Are Looking For

• At least two years of relevant sales, customer relationship or service-industry experience
• Maid-agency or employment-agency sales experience is strongly preferred
• CEI certification is preferred
• Candidates without CEI must be willing and eligible to obtain the relevant certification
• Proven ability to manage customers and close sales independently
• Strong follow-up discipline and personal accountability
• Confident in handling customer enquiries, objections and difficult conversations
• Results-oriented without compromising customer service or professional standards
• Able to work independently while cooperating with administration, operations and fellow sales consultants
• Experience in insurance, property, recruitment or other relationship-based service sales may also be considered
• Additional language abilities may be useful when communicating with domestic helpers

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary: $2,800–$3,500, depending on relevant experience and previous performance
• Attractive tiered commission for successful placements
• Potential total monthly earnings of approximately $4,000–$8,000+ or more for high performers

All commission and potential-earnings figures include variable performance-based payments. Actual earnings will depend on completed placements and individual performance.

Working Arrangement

• Permanent full-time position
• 5.5 day week (One additional weekday off every alternate week)
• Work location: Holland or Macpherson branch
