Client Service Advisor - Call Centre

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Service Advisor to join the Client Services team of a leading luxury fashion brand in Singapore.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients,providing exceptional and personalized service across phone, email, chat and social media channels. You will understand each client's needs, provide suitable product and service recommendations, and create a seamless luxury experience that builds long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats and social media enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Understand clients' needs and provide personalized product and service recommendations.
• Respond to product, account and general enquiries with accurate and clear information.
• Resolve client enquiries effectively and aim for first-contact resolution.
• Identify opportunities to support sales and client engagement.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs covering client satisfaction, sales, productivity and service quality.
• Handle challenging situations professionally while maintaining a positive luxury service experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless client journey.

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Previous experience in customer service, client servicing, retail, hospitality or call centre environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping clients.
• Positive, personable and service-oriented personality.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure and remain calm during busy periods.
