Working hour

  • Mon to Thu: 6.45 AM – 4 PM
  • ⁠Fri: 6.45 AM – 3.30 PM

Key Roles

  • Maintain and update data records, stocktaking of teachers' resources and inventory

  • Prepare teaching resources for classroom use

  • Assist Heads of Department with relief duties

  • Serve as safety chaperone (daily arrival/dismissal, external Learning Journeys, recess play)

  • Provide admin support during school events (usher for Parent-Teacher meetings, registration counter for school concerts)

Requirements

  • Preferably at least 1 year relevant experience

  • Preferably Sec 4 education or equivalent

  • Preferably conversant in MS Word & MS Excel
