Job Summary

The Operations Executive leads site supervisors and cleaning staff to ensure daily cleaning operations meet company and client standards. The role includes staff management, client relations, safety oversight, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site supervisors and cleaning staff to allocate manpower and resources effectively, schedule shifts, and track attendance for efficient service delivery
• Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure timely completion that meets company and client quality standards
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to comply with company policies and safety procedures, enhancing team performance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety risk assessments to maintain quality and safety compliance
• Manage on-site issues and incidents by applying conflict resolution, service recovery, and preparing detailed incident reports
• Ensure cleaning equipment and tools are properly maintained and functional to support operational efficiency
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports for management review to inform decision-making
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of operations experience in the cleaning industry
• Valid Class 3 driving license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with ground staff, clients, and management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Qualification or training in operations management or a related field
