Job Summary
A Site Supervisor oversees daily construction activities on-site, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and effective coordination between workers and management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily construction activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to project plans
- Enforce safety regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship meets project standards and specifications
- Coordinate communication between workers and management to resolve issues and optimize workflow
- Document site progress and incidents accurately using a clipboard or tablet for reporting purposes
- Inspect work areas wearing appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety helmets and reflective vests
