Overseas Business Head

We are assisting our partners they are AI Energy Efficiency / Industrial Energy Conservation / Data Center / Building Automation company industry

1. Develop and execute market expansion and GTM strategies for SEA, Middle East, and North America; define phased commercial goals.

2. Identify AI energy efficiency commercialization opportunities; define localized ToB product matrix and solutions.

3. Lead acquisition and delivery of overseas benchmark clients (multinational enterprises, industrial parks, commercial real estate giants).

4. Build and maintain deep cooperation networks with overseas channel partners, integrators, and ecosystem partners.

5. Recruit, build, and enable localized sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams across SEA, Middle East, and North America.

6. Establish cross-cultural, cross-timezone collaboration mechanisms; build a high-performing team with strong local resource integration capabilities.

Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above; STEM (Automation, HVAC, Energy, CS, etc.) + Business composite background preferred.
• 2. 8+ years of overseas sales and team management experience in ToB technology/industrial/energy products.
• 3. Proven track record in at least one region: SEA, Middle East, or North America.
• 4. Familiarity with Building Automation (BA), industrial energy saving, new energy, SaaS, or IoT is a plus.
• 5. Strong dual-track capability in Key Account direct sales and Channel Sales.
• 6. Hands-on 0-to-1 experience building localized overseas teams (Local-to-Local); able to manage foreign employees effectively.
• 7. Familiar with local employment compliance and business culture; strong internal/external communication skills.
• 8. English as core working language (business negotiation and C-level reporting).
• 9. Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work under pressure.
