Job Summary

You will lead the curation and coordination of captivating performances, manage a diverse team of artists, and oversee all aspects of performance scheduling, training, and contract negotiation to enhance the nightlife experience.

Responsibilities

  • Curate and coordinate captivating performances to enhance the overall nightlife experience
  • Manage and lead a diverse team of performance artists to achieve high-quality shows
  • Identify, audition, and recruit talented performance artists to meet entertainment needs
  • Schedule artists and coordinate rehearsals to ensure smooth and timely performances
  • Train and guide performing artists to improve their skills and stage presence
  • Plan and execute special performances for holidays, anniversaries, and club events
  • Enforce discipline and professionalism among all artists to maintain performance standards
  • Ensure the safety of crews on and off stage by identifying and reporting hazards promptly
  • Negotiate contracts for local and foreign performing artists to secure talent agreements
  • Resolve interpersonal conflicts between artists to maintain a harmonious work environment
  • Supervise team activities in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Ensure excellent hospitality for guests during performances
  • Manage staff and assist management in addressing performer-related issues effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Performing Artiste Manager or related managerial role
  • Prior experience as a performing artist is advantageous
  • Proven experience in event or talent management, preferably in nightlife or entertainment settings
  • Deep appreciation for performance art with a keen eye for identifying talent
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, results orientation, and adaptability to change
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills applied in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends, to support event schedules
