Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Willingness towork on-site and supervise the implementation of the project.
Ability tohandle site-based challenges, ensuring quality control and safety compliance.
Experience withmanaging construction or installation activities at the site.

T echnical Skills:

Proficiency inAutoCAD for technical drawings and modifications.
Basicunderstanding of electronics and/or mechanical systems (depending on the fieldof engineering).
Ability toperform simple programming tasks (e.g., for control systems, automation).

Degree orDiploma or NITEC in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or CivilEngineering).
Additionalcertifications in AutoCAD or related software are a plus.

1-3 years ofexperience in a similar role is preferred.
Experience in asite-based engineering role is a plus, especially for projects in construction& manufacturing.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin (Chinese) to the installers and subcontractors
