Showroom Sales Executive (Mobility Products)

We are looking for a humble, patient and service-minded Showroom Sales Executive to attend to customers and manage the daily operation of our mobility equipment showroom.

Most of our customers are elderly people, people with disabilities or their family members. The successful candidate must be willing to listen patiently, treat every customer with dignity and provide clear explanations without using high-pressure sales methods.

This is a hands-on position covering showroom sales, customer enquiries, product demonstrations, customer follow-up, rental arrangements and general showroom operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to showroom visitors and enquiries received through emails, calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customers’ needs and explain and demonstrate suitable products.
• Follow up with prospective customers and prepare quotations and sales orders.
• Keep the showroom and demonstration products properly arranged.
• Attend to basic after-sales enquiries and support the general daily operation of the showroom.

REQUIREMENTS

• Humble, patient, responsible and service-minded.
• Respectful and comfortable when assisting elderly people and people with disabilities.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Organised, consistent with follow-up and able to work independently.
• Willing to learn with a good memory.
• Physically able to handle and move mobility equipment safely.
• Willing to assist with reasonable showroom duties beyond sales.
• Non-smoker.
• Previous retail sales, showroom sales, or customer-service experience is an advantage. Product training will be provided.

• Basic salary of S$2,500–S$2,800 per month.
