Assist to promote salon services, packages and retail products to customers

Promote therapists and their expertise to customersAssist therapists / consultants to plan suitable treatment programmes for customers based on their needs

Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationship with customers

Achieve monthly sales target set by the companyHandle customer enquiries, follow-ups and appointment bookings

Maintain cleanliness and professional image of salon

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent

At least 1-2 years experience in beauty / wellness / retail sales preferred

Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skillsSales-driven, target oriented and able to work as a team

Able to speak English, Malay and Mandarin will be an advantage

Fresh graduates with interest in beauty industry are welcome to apply
