Design & Supervision: Lead civil and structural designs from initial concept to completion, including Qualified Person (QP) supervisory duties.
Compliance & Submissions: Ensure all designs meet local building codes and manage the submission process to statutory agencies.
Technical Leadership: Conduct structural analyses, guide engineering teams with technical solutions, and mentor junior staff to develop their potential.
Project & Financial Management: Oversee project planning, budgets, contracts, and schedules to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery.
Stakeholder Coordination: Manage communication and design coordination across contractors, consultants, and architectural or M&E teams.
Safety & Site Oversight: Enforce Design for Safety (DfS) regulations and manage the site works of Resident Engineers (RE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTO).

Degree/Masters in Civil Engineering
Experience working in Consultancy Firm
Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore/ Specialized Professional Engineer or Completed FEE and preparing for Practice of Professional Engineering Exam
