职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 值班经理 / Duty Manager

独立负责一个班次的人员、服务和现场问题。 / Lead one shift, including people, service and on-floor issues.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 开班并安排员工工位 / Open the shift and assign stations

• 检查服务、陈列、收银和卫生 / Check service, display, cashiering and hygiene

• 处理一般客诉、退款和现金差异 / Handle routine complaints, refunds and cash variances

• 高峰时支援前厅各工位 / Support front-of-house stations during peak periods

• 完成交接和当班记录 / Complete handover and shift records

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 至少2年餐饮或零售现场带班经验。 / At least 2 years of shift-leading experience in F&B or retail.

• 学历 / Education: GCE O-Level / GCE O水准

• 语言 / Language: 中英文均能用于工作沟通及顾客服务。 / Able to use both English and Mandarin for workplace communication and customer service.

• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能轮班，并在周末和公共假日工作。 / Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
