Order Fulfillment Executive (6 months/MEDICAL DEVICE MNC) - West/up to $4.5k #HAO

Salary: up to $4500

Duration: 6 months

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Science Park

• Attend to customers enquiries i.e. product, maintenance, rental, price, delivery etc.

• Create new customer in system and screening of all partners.

• Liaise with customers and contractors on receiving of customer equipment, own equipment (rental), process order in ERP system, job scheduling, quote, follow up, delivery order & invoicing in accordance to company guideline and policy

• Check stock availability with factory/suppliers.

• Administer PR for service tools – record, rental orders, liaise with supplier/ logistic and verify invoice.

• Administrate FOA Service Warranty for Service Repair and work with Logistic for return and delivery to customer/ warehouse.

• Actively liaise with engineers, sales and other CS Executive on customer queries, technical issues, status and deliveries schedule

• Follow-up queries on pricing with factory and 3P suppliers and responsible for the creation of new part number where necessary.

• Coordinate with purchaser, warehouse and delivery service providers to arrange customer order delivery.

• Monitor weekly open orders and unbilled transactions.

Contracts Management

• Support Service Sales on Contracts, rental and Spares both for local and overseas customers.

• Monitoring maintenance contract, rental schedule and coordinate with team for service scheduling, engineer dispatch and rental follow up action

• Observes run-out-date of contracts/ rental due, reminder to customer, service manager, supervisor and prepare renewal documents.

General Support

• To assist and stand-in for co-colleague’s task & role during her absence.

• Provide assistance to Service Managers in general administrative duties and monthly reports.

• Recommend the inventory planning based on consumption of high runner parts

• Any other additional duties not listed above that may be deemed as appropriate by the Service Manager.

• Take up Workplace Safety & Health responsibilities/ activities as per requested by the company.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant order processing experience
