The Opportunity

• Join an established FMCG manufacturing organisation.

• West location, Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm).

• Opportunity to drive manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets.

• Improve equipment reliability through maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.

• Analyse production data to identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement and operational projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Experience in manufacturing, production, process, or operations engineering.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
