Our client is Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing. They are looking for a Maintenance Data Analyst to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West with company transportation provided

Company Transport Provided: Bukit Batok | Commonwealth | Buona Vista | Clementi | Bukit Panjang | Jurong West | Boon Lay | Woodlands | Yishun | Choa Chu Kang

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Maintenance Data & Analytics

  • Analyse data from maintenance alert systems to identify performance trends, anomalies and potential root causes.
  • Evaluate large datasets to generate actionable insights for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.

Inventory & Spare Parts Analysis

  • Monitor and analyse data related to the receiving and issuance of maintenance spare parts.
  • Track spare parts usage and forecast future requirements based on planned maintenance schedules.
  • Consolidate monthly inventory reports and provide insights on stock levels for management review.
  • Utilise AI and data analytics tools to correlate maintenance activities with inventory levels and improve demand forecasting.

AI-Driven Maintenance & Knowledge Management

  • Support the development and implementation of AI-driven maintenance work processes.
  • Assist in developing AI-enabled maintenance knowledge management systems to improve accessibility and utilisation of technical information.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI solutions or digital transformation.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, facilities management or maintenance operations will be an advantage.
