Job Summary
As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will drive social media strategies and promotional plans for our client's IP portfolio across Asia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to connect deeply with anime and pop culture fans, grow online communities, and manage end-to-end promotional campaigns in a dynamic regional market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute market-specific promotional strategies and campaigns for IP-related initiatives across Asia, supporting theatrical and digital distribution, merchandising, and fan events.
Plan, coordinate, and produce localized promotional assets, key visuals, social media content, and creative materials in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Manage content approvals and localization by coordinating with the Japan office and key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and IP integrity.
Operate and manage social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok), managing content calendars, campaign launches, day-to-day posts, and paid advertising to boost awareness and engagement.
Coordinate campaign execution and timelines with local partners and vendors to align with regional distribution schedules, product launches, and events.
Track and analyze marketing performance using key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) to prepare actionable performance reports and campaign recommendations.
Manage and monitor promotional budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and expense tracking across projects.
Requirements
Must-have:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and relevant Creative Cloud applications for creative content and video editing.
Hands-on experience in managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, etc.), social media ad planning, audience targeting, and campaign analytics.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and coordinate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
Business-level fluency in written and spoken English for daily operational communication and regional stakeholder management.
Applicants must be eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
Good-to-have
Experience in regional social media account management across multiple Asian markets.
Background working with licensed IP, entertainment brands, anime, film, gaming, or pop culture content.
Proficiency in Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking vendor partners or markets across Asia) or Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent, to facilitate communication with the Japan headquarters).

Salary Range: S$4,000 - S$5,000 per month
