Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm; Alternate Sat. 8:30am to 1pm
Work Locations: Farrer Park, Novena and Orchard You are required to rotate between clinics according to the duty roster.

Dispense and supply medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and established procedures.
Review prescriptions and medication profiles to ensure safe and appropriate medication use.
Provide medication counselling and education to patients, including dosage, usage, precautions and potential side effects.
Work closely with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.
Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug-related issues where appropriate.
Assist with medication procurement, stock management and inventory control.
Monitor medication expiry dates and stock availability.
