About the Role

We are looking for experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAEs) to support base maintenance operations in Singapore.

Candidates with B1.1 or B2 licences from recognised aviation authorities are welcome to apply. Candidates who hold a valid licence but do not currently have an aircraft type rating may also be considered, with system courses provided for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine aircraft maintenance and rectification of aircraft defects.

• Carry out aircraft inspections, functional tests and maintenance activities in accordance with approved maintenance data.

• Perform Aircraft Release to Service (CRS) certification in accordance with company authorisation and applicable requirements.

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with aviation regulations, company procedures, safety standards and customer requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft maintenance issues effectively to support on-time aircraft operations.

• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated and used correctly.

• Support manpower, spare parts and equipment planning for maintenance activities.

• Monitor safety practices and report unsafe conditions or operations.

• Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents and support the implementation of corrective actions.

• Provide technical guidance and supervision to maintenance personnel where required.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence from a recognised aviation authority.

• Licence holders from authorities such as CAAS, CAAM, EASA, FAA, CAAC, CASA, CAA Hong Kong, CAANZ, UK CAA and JCAB are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with a valid licence but without an aircraft type rating may also be considered.

• B1.1 licence holders are preferred; B2 licence holders are also welcome to apply.

• Relevant aircraft maintenance experience in a commercial aviation environment.

• Good understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures, safety requirements and approved maintenance data.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Meticulous, organised and safety-conscious.

• Able to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
