Job Summary
Lead and develop a retail team to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in product knowledge, store presentation, and stock management.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service that enhances customer satisfaction
- Apply comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers and support sales efforts effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of retail areas to create an inviting shopping environment
- Assist in planning and executing merchandise displays to optimize retail presentation and sales impact
- Manage stock replenishment processes to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts
